MASTER COACH PATHWAY
We have created a 14-week program, designed to give you all the tools, practical hands-on experience, and coaching you will need to create a successful Life Coaching business and to qualify to become ACC ICF Certified Coach.
Here's a peek into what you will get:
1 year access to the CWC Learning Platform with more than 14 hours of video and self study content.
5 Full Training Days (via Zoom) totaling 50 hours of Live Instruction:
Elite NLP Certification Training - 3 days (30 hours) of live training on NLP coaching tools that you can use during your coaching sessions to enhance client results.
Transformational Coach Training - 2 day (20 hours) of live training focus on the ICF coaching guidelines and practice hands-on coaching calls.
Mentor Coaching - Private and Group Sessions
Group: Total 7 hours (1-1.5 hour sessions over zoom) small group coaching mentorship to sharpen your coaching skills and allows you the benefit of seeing others coach, so that you can learn from different approaches.
Private: Total 3 hours (60 min sessions over zoom) of 1-on-1 coaching mentorship. In a 1-hour session, a PCC Certified Mentor will give you direct feedback on your coaching skills and practice on how to improve for the next call. The student will be provided both verbal feedback and the written feedback.
The goal of Mentor Coaching is to provide opportunities improve your coaching skills rather than on practice building. This is a development process that takes place in a repetitive cycle of receiving feedback regarding your coaching, reflecting on this feedback, and practicing new skills, focusing on using the ICF core competencies.
Performance Evaluation
Participants will submit a prerecorded client session and transcript which will be evaluated by their Mentor against the ICF Markers. Upon a successful review they will receive a certificate of completion.
Access to the real-time Telegram Support Group, where you can ask questions and recieve support and feedback from the master coaches at Conscious World Changers.
Lifetime Access to the CWC Master Coach Facebook group, where you can connect and network with a diverse group of experienced life coaches.
Program Requirements
All trainings are delivered in English. We cover complex subjects that can be challenging to understand if you are not proficient in English.
The live online trainings in this pathway run from 10am-7pm Pacific Standard (PST) on trainings days and delivered from California with regular breaks. You must attend with your camera on and be in an area with minimal distractions.
Students will need have access the internet and have Zoom ready and available for all Live Trainings and Mentoring Sessions.
To receive your Certified Elite NLP Life Coach Certification you will need to complete all the trainings and assignments in the CWC Online Portal, within 9 months of onboarding, and pass an online open book test with a score of 75% or higher and submit their journaling project.
Credits and training time with other organizations will not count towards certification in this program due to the content delivered.
Upon Completion of the Master Coach Pathway
You Will Leave With:
Elite NLP Life Coach Certificate showing that you completed more than 60 hours of training and instruction.
Certificate of Mentorship Coaching Completion outlining the following information:
Name of the Mentor Coach
Mentor Coach email address
Mentor Coach credential level
Start and end date of mentor coaching
Number of mentor hours completed
Certificate of Successful Evaluation Completion
Note: When you are submitting your ICF online credential application, you will be asked to provide the above information, with the following:
The log of the 100+ coaching hours you completed (75% with paid clients) in the last 18 months
1 Coaching Call (Audio and Transcript) with successful evaluation

Conduct your Onboarding Welcome Call
Review Elite NLP Coach Certification Requirements and training and mentoring timelines.
Provide you with the calendar of live training dates and schedule you in.
Provide you with the calendar of group mentoring sessions and schedule you in.
Provide you with the calendar of 1-on-1 mentoring sessions and schedule you in.
Provide with access to the Learning Portal and give you a tour.
Answer any questions about the program, training, dates, ICF Certification Requirements and billing the arise.
Track and review your training and mentoring progress bi-monthly and checkin regularly to ensure momentum toward program completion.
